Stereotyping is an unconscious bias and outdated social norms which is the biggest barriers to inclusion. Though we are aware of this poison, we are committed to working on unconscious bias in our practices.

Gender equity and equality

We aim to build an ecosystem free from gender bias. At VBS4RH we want everybody to have equal attention, equal voice, and equal representation. We desire to have a community that feels psychologically safe and is full of growth, potential, and happiness and helps the business to thrive and take innovation to the next level.

We’re creating an inclusive, gender-equal environment within VBS4RH while advocating for gender and intersectional equality everywhere, we want to see everyone contributing their best without any imposter syndrome.

We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone – both inside and outside the walls of our company. We don’t use the term ‘disabled’ because we know each of us has immense potential it’s just, we are ‘differently abled’. We’re determined in including consumers and employees with different abilities in the design of our products, packaging, recruitment policies, and manufacturing facilities to make the journey more accessible and acceptable for everyone. We are designing special features for our products that can be accessible to visually challenged consumers.

We strongly discourage any type of sexual orientation exception. We believe it is our right to feel our true authentic selves and that’s just all. We are committed to fighting for equal treatment for the LGBTQI+ community. We won’t encourage discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Gender neutral, Trans & Intersex People either inside or outside of the VBS4RH wall. We have included inclusive language in our policies to ensure our workplaces are inclusive and free from discrimination. We advocate LGBTQI+ rights globally. We are happy to be partnered with organizations for the LGBTQI+ community and be allies in amplifying their voices in society.

At VBS4RH we don’t discriminate based on race or religion. We believe in tangible engagement as being a passive voice of equality isn’t helpful for those who need that. We are committed to defending the minor, taking action as an ally, advocating for human rights, and being vocal about communalism and racism. We're certain that equity, diversity, and inclusion make our business stronger. We encourage equity, equality, fair treatment, and proper access to opportunities, information, and resources for all. Our four strategic priorities for equity are gender, race, and religion, differently-abled people, and LGBTQI+. At VBS4RH, we’re committed to obeying human rights and raising living standards. We strictly follow our codes and policies that say zero tolerance for discrimination and commitment to equal opportunity. We aim to have the greatest impact to thrive as an inclusive business through a discrimination-free workplace, equity through our brands, equity in our supply chain, and equity in our workforce.
